The aircraft had been flying a family from Boston to Antigua, stopping to collect additional passengers in New York on the way, but was forced to land in Puerto Rico after the fault was spotted on the outbound leg. We sprung into action to find a replacement aircraft to complete the group’s journey to Antigua and return them home at the end of the holiday.
